Oral Presentations

Papers listed in sessions 1 to 6 and 8 will be presented orally. Presenters will be allocated 15 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

The room will be equipped with a projector and a computer configured with usual softwares running on a MSWindows platform [PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader (PDF files)].

Presenters will be invited to upload their slides on the conference room computer before the beginning of the sessions, in order to prevent time shifts in the schedule.

Posters

Papers listed in session 7 will be presented as posters and will be included in the conference Proceedings exactly as all other papers. These papers have the same publication value as all other papers.

Each poster this year will also have a spotlight presentation to introduce the topic of the poster to the audience immediately before the formal poster session. Each presenter will be given 3 minutes (max) to present his/her "elevator pitch" to all participants and attract their interest toward the poster. Note that the intention of the spotlights is to draw people's attention to the posters and are *not* meant to be mini-talks.

Every presenter should prepare a maximum of three PowerPoint slides to support the spotlight presentation, including a title page, a description of the context/problem addressed in the research, and a highlight of the main contributions.

Poster boards will be provided. Posters must not exceed 42 inches high by 60 inches wide. They will be attached to the board with pins (provided) on Sunday, 18 September 2011 by 12:30PM at the latest.
